Excited to share completion of recent group project in Business Analytics, where we developed a comprehensive Credit Rating Evaluation Model. We began by analyzing financial statement parameters and calculating key financial ratios. Using Excel, we applied IF and AND functions to assign scores to the ratios, weighted the scores, and generated a composite value that categorized companies into credit ratings ranging from AAA to C. To bring these insights to life, we created five interactive Power...

Delighted to share that I have cleared NISM Research Analyst Examination approved by SEBI with 67.5%!!! The exam tested my deep understanding of concepts and numerical cases which needed a comprehensive study of the curriculum. The syllabus was vast and detail-oriented about regulations, specific numeric criterias and business-industry analysis methods. The formulas were provided in the book, problems were not provided resulting into studying and understanding the formulas (not in surface level)...

I’ve partnered with musicians on brand campaigns that featured the cello—one was a luxury watch launch where a cello performance added an elegant narrative. Do you have a specific project or use case in mind for the cello?

ReplySent

Hey Sumit, thanks for the quick reply! Could you share which part of strategy or operations you’d like to focus on—say, brand strategy, growth marketing, or digital campaigns—and how your experience aligns with that? This will help us explore the best fit.

ReplySent

Yes, we’ve partnered with SUN Mobility on a modular multi‑battery swapping solution for heavy EVs and worked on similar projects for other electric‑mobility brands. If you’re exploring roles in that sector, let’s chat about how your skill set could fit.

Hi Sumit, thanks for the hello! Is there a specific area of strategy you’d like to explore or a challenge you’re facing right now?

ReplySent

Hi Sumit, thanks for reaching out. Which part of strategy are you most curious about?

A strategy outlines who we’re targeting, how we’ll differentiate, and the steps to reach the goal. It usually covers positioning, market entry, and a campaign roadmap. Which of these areas would you like to dive into first?

ReplySent

Sure thing! Strategy is about defining positioning, figuring out the best market entry path, and building a roadmap for campaigns. What’s the main goal you’re hoping to achieve with a strategy?

Brand positioning is the promise you make to a specific audience and the niche you occupy—essentially why customers choose you over competitors. Could you share how you’d describe your current positioning or which market segment you’re targeting?

ReplySent

I hear you’re focusing on brand strategy – great choice! To make sure the example I share hits the mark, could you share a quick snapshot of your current brand goal? For example, are you looking to sharpen positioning, create a new brand identity, or drive perception in a specific market? I have an anonymised case study from a real‑estate advisory that tackled exactly that, and I can tailor the insights to your context. If you’d like to dig deeper, let me know and we can set up a brief call to align on the next steps.

I’m sorry, but we’re bound by client confidentiality and can’t disclose the exact brand names.
